But what exactly does such archiving look like? Is the procedure also legally secure? With OLXConvert you have a comfortable and legally secure long-term archiving of your electronic communication in the universal PDF format - including the attached documents.

In the event of a tax audit, it would be fatal if information were missing. With Convert you are on the safe side: The software converts your e-mail messages completely including all attachments. And it does so with all relevant electronic document stamps such as sender, send date, recipient, attachments and subject. All attachments as well as the message are embedded in the original PDF document and can be opened directly from it.

Easy installation and use

Convert is installed in just a few clicks. You don't need any previous knowledge and you don't have to change your usual workflow either. All additional functions are fully integrated into Outlook. So you can continue your usual workflow unimpaired and comfortably.

Integratable Internet Mail Header

You want to be on the safe side and additionally archive the Internet mail headers of the messages? With Convert you can easily integrate all Internet mail headers into the PDF document - either directly or as an attachment. This way there can be no uncertainties about the origin of the archived documents.

Your archived messages always have consistent header information. This means that the most important parameters of the message can be viewed immediately - and WITHOUT changing the original information.

Comfortable and flexible

Choose from three variants as storage location for their converted documents: First, you can have the generated PDF documents returned directly for display. Or you can determine where the document should be saved each time it is converted. As a third option, you can specify a dedicated storage location (e.g. on a server drive or a NAS).
