ContactGroupManager

Contact groups in Outlook usually have the problem that their actuality is not always guaranteed.
Especially moving contact groups or the contacts in them usually leads to contact references (on which the members of a contact group are based) being lost or pointing to nowhere. Even deleting a contact in the contact group does not ensure that the contact group is updated in Outlook.

Imagine you regularly transfer - e.g. with our OLXContactImport(Text) Agent - addresses from other systems (e.g. SAP) into Exchange public contact folders to make them available to your users.

Existing or new contact groups should be created/updated automatically based on a freely definable contact field (e.g. billing info, Outlook categories or company) and (if desired) provided with a prefix during contact group creation.

Background and wish here is: "We would like to have our company-wide contact groups a) created fully automatically and b) always kept up-to-date".
