ContextEnrichment

OLXContextEnrichment adds unique functionality to your Outlook environment:

OLXContextEnrichment...

1.  searches the current Outlook item for search terms/keywords defined by you
2.  highlights the found hits in the preview (highlighting)
3.  enriches the found hits via tooltip with link and additional information
4.  creates a listing of the found hits with link and additional information
   (analogous to a list of figures)

And all this "real-time" without changing the element and any Outlook elements.

This might be a bit theoretical at first, but let us explain the various possibilities of OLXContextEnrichment using different use cases from practice:

Suppose you are reading a new message in Outlook and you want to...

highlight all e-mail addresses...

Use Case 2
highlight all phone numbers and then call them individually...

Use Case 3 "Go To: Information from external systems
highlight the company registration number and see the company's information from the public company register for it...

And it gets even better...:

highlight all item numbers in color and click directly to view an item in your ERP...
