Easy to install, distributed in a flash

All you have to do is distribute and register a *.dll file on the client PCs. The installation is already complete. The only requirement: local administration rights. Would you prefer to distribute the software automatically - e.g. via group policy? With Corporate, software distribution is child's play: Simply create an *.msi file via dialog selection in the configuration menu. And if the add-on is no longer needed by individual users, it can be quickly and easily deactivated via registration.

Direct preview in Outlook

With Corporate you can view and modify the signature template directly in the Outlook signature preview. You have the signature management at a central storage location, individualized with the current data from the Active Directory - flexibly designed with placeholders. For central distribution, simply copy the generated registry value to the central repository.

Uniform Outlook categories at last

With Corporate, category duplicates are a thing of the past! You define and distribute the categories to be used throughout the company. Just select a central storage location - and every client works with identical categories that are matched fully automatically.

You're happy when your colleagues can be creative. However, not necessarily with e-mail stationery. A uniform company-wide stationery would be more optimal for the corporate workflow. Otherwise, you'll have to fiddle with cumbersome Outlook defaults for it. But Corporate makes the central specification of a standard stationery a breeze! Users of Outlook 2000- Outlook 2003 know the problem: A reminder of appointments or follow-ups is only in Outlook default folders, but not in additional folders or subfolders. Corporate suppresses the annoying Outlook hint.
