You want to check only the entries for duplicates, which have e.g. a certain subject? Using simple drop-down lists you can filter entries with 15 arbitrarily combinable comparison criteria. Lightning fast and time saving

Duplicate Checker (PST/Mailbox) detects all duplicates within only a few seconds! And that even from extensive databases with approx. 1 sec / 1,000 entries. In a clearly arranged outline view you can go through each entry one by one or open the original entry in Outlook and then delete the corresponding duplicates. Or you can choose the time-saving variant: With one mouse click you automatically select a duplicate of each address and delete all duplicates in one single step.

Safety First

Duplicate Checker (PST/Mailbox) also plays it safe when it comes to duplicate editing. To avoid accidentally deleting an unintentionally filtered duplicate, the software displays an explicit confirmation prompt before each deletion process. Automatic deletion does not take place in any case.
