FileMailer

Reports, documents or updates need to be sent to the same email addresses on a regular basis. This work is decidedly time-consuming and laborious - and could save vast amounts of valuable time in an automated workflow. The usual approaches would be either the use of macros or the permanent investment in expensive additional software.

With OLXFileMailer you can confidently do without everything but comfort. The messaging helper relieves you of tedious routine work and automatically transfers any files from your file system to Outlook - or even directly to public folders on the Exchange server.

Playfully simple

The operation is very easy: You provide the File Mailer with your e-mail account or server data and specify the desired file types. All eligible files are attached to an e-mail and then sent to the specified e-mail address.

Automated and flexible

You can freely select not only all file types and destination addresses. Customize the message text and subject individually. Determine which folders should be monitored. And this both internally (e.g. in public folders) and externally (provider). Of course, you can also completely automate the actions of FileMailer via background processing (e.g. with the Windows Task Scheduler).

Automatic fax conversion

You would like to convert your fax traffic automatically, but you don't have a special SFF viewer? By automatically converting the SFF format to the TIFF format, File Mailer lets you directly view every fax you receive.

Individually scalable

The File Mailer is completely tailored to your individual needs: you can define as many processes as you like independently of each other, as well as activate or deactivate them.
