Who is currently on vacation and who is scheduled as a substitute? How many employees are currently available? How can you conveniently keep track of vacation management in an Exchange environment? Automatic appointment creation 

Automatic appointment creation in the vacation calendar facilitates numerous planning tasks: For each requested vacation, an appointment (subject to reservation) is automatically created in the vacation calendar. Workflow (vacation) thinks along with you and updates the respective planning status independently - Rejected appointments in the calendar are automatically removed. You can also define substitutions and create user-defined leave variants (e.g. special leave due to marriage/birth/death). Of course, all official holidays and bridge days are integrated by default.

Workflow (Holiday) is also available multilingually in German, English, French, Italian, Dutch as well as Spanish for international use.

Data protection is a top priority: all applications and feedback are encrypted and thus protected from unauthorized access.
