RecursiveSearch
An effective, complete and above all fast search is indispensable, especially in Outlook. OLXRecursiveSearch is a real high-flyer compared to similar programs: Search any number of mailboxes, personal as well as public folders in just one pass (approx. 25,000 entries in approx. 4 sec).
Conveniently installed client-side
Since Recursive Search is a client-only application, you don't need to install server-side at all. After successful installation, you can get started right away by clicking the additional Recursive Search icon in the standard toolbar.
Configured in a flash
With one or two clicks you can add all the folders to be processed in a search. It is enough to select only the main folder, since Recursive Search takes into account all subfolders in the search. No matter if mailboxes, public or personal folders.
All program internal settings are stored in RecursiveSearch.INI, which is located in the user directory C:\Documents and Settings\!!!USER!!!\Application Data\RecursiveSearch.
Some settings HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Tools\RecursiveSearch are also stored in the registry.
Flexible search functions
Recursive Search searches any number of folders recursively and "in one go". You want to search only certain folders? Of course, you don't have to change the settings for that. With just one click you can select the desired folders. Search filters and conditions are also fully usable.
Now also possible in user-defined fields!
Recursive Search enables a long-awaited feature - the search function within user-defined fields. With a few clicks you create your custom fields once. From now on you can search custom fields as if they were standard fields.
